Job reference: 1096 - Engineering Graduate Scheme (x2 positions)

Do you have what it takes to be a Z-Techer?

Z-Tech is a rapidly expanding Control Systems company, working in all industrial areas and now seeking Engineering Graduates with the passion to help us grow.

Our graduate programme finds what you’re good at and develops your skills to fit into our teams.

You will become a hands-on professional, working on systems within the Power, Rail, and Water areas.

This won’t be boring!

We will initially start you on a three month internship, starting end of July 2018 and on successful completion of these three months you will move around Z-Tech for 9 months, working on projects and developing your skills, following which we will find a suitable full-time role within the company.

60% of your development will be on-the-job, 20% will be by peer feedback and 20% formal training.

What we expect:

2:1 or above in any Engineering-based subject

Good English and Maths ability

Prior work experience would be an advantage, but we are interested in what you will do rather than what you have done.

"The customer focus and flexibility of Z-Tech makes it easy for a water utility to deal with. When we have a large and complex programme to deliver, planning every detail can be a challenge. Working with Z-Tech means that we can maintain delivery, knowing that resources are available to pick up the loose ends."
