We are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator to provide a quality, professional front line service to the company and its employees.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls professionally and forward or take messages appropriately.
  • Welcome visitors and colleagues to the office in a friendly manner; issue visitor badges and staff ID cards.
  • Manage the admin email account by responding to and passing on queries. appropriately.
  • Process and deliver internal and external post.
  • Maintain stationary and kitchen supplies; order new supplies, maintain adequate stock, identify new suppliers and obtain the best price.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees by assisting them wherever required.
  • Order and maintain PPE, work wear and equipment with assistance from management.
  • Support management in running the company’s fleet.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with employees and suppliers.
  • Maintain in house system and update records accordingly.
  • Provide general administration support to the team.


Pay range is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum negotiable, dependent on experience.
