Job reference: 1099 - Contract Delivery Manager (Rail)

We are recruiting for a Contract Delivery Manager within our Rail Business Unit, which offers project delivery and maintenance to the rail industry.

A proven knowledge of rail infrastructure and the associated assets, processes and procedures is preferred. As Contract Delivery Manager you shall be helping to grow our business as opportunities develop further within and outside our current client base. You will be responsible for contract and project management of specific services in the Rail Business Unit. You will also be responsible for management of existing and new staff reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Duties will include:

  • Line Management of Field Teams
  • Quality Auditing and Health & Safety Reporting
  • Commercial and Delivery Management
  • Business Development
  • Planning and Scheduling
  • Client Relationship Management.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven Line Management
  • Project/Contract Management
  • Trade or Technical qualifications with electrical and/or Mechanical maintenance (Desired however not essential for the right candidate).
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Previous experience of successfully working in a fast paced environment preferably within M&E industry.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
