Z-Tech are currently recruiting for an CI & E Technician to join our Maintenance Business Unit. You will be responsible for the delivery of planned, reactive and preventative maintenance of controls and instrumentation on a range of client sites.

Knowledge and experience of all or most of the following equipment would make you an ideal technician for us:

  • Flow, Level, Temperature & Pressure instruments.
  • Calibration of Instrumentation. (Preferably with experience using Beamex but not essential)
  • D.O.L, Star Delta, Soft Start & Inverter Drives.
  • Fault find and Calibrate Control Valves.
  • Analysers, such as ammonia, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, pH, phosphate, redox, turbidity.
  • Fault find on PLC code / SCADA.
  • Knowledge of Profibus and Hart protocol’s would be beneficial.
  • Read and work from P&ID, circuit/ loop diagrams, schematics and process drawings.

You will need to possess experience & knowledge of industrial processes, policies & disciplines. Also you will have experience & knowledge of relevant technical standards and be a competent user of IT, specifically the Microsoft suite of software.

The role is 40 hours per week full time, required training will be provided and future progression within the company is encouraged. The role is mobile, with client locations based throughout London and the South East.
