We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can secure the right people for Z-Tech.

Role Type: Permanent

Location: Cambridgeshire or London

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, negotiable plus benefits

You will;

Drive talent acquisition strategies across the business by using best practise initiatives.
Source candidates using various mediums including job boards, websites, networking, and social media.
Identify needs, determine solutions and integrate tools to create the best possible recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Target companies and their organisation structures and identify talent within those structures.
