Job reference: 1114 - Operations Manager

This senior management role is an opportunity to run one of the six operational Business Units at Z-Tech.

Based - Either at our Cambridge or London office with some travel throughout the UK Salary: Up to £65K + Car + Bonus + Benefits

Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for delivery of the Business Unit strategy and for shaping the future direction.

Your team of up to six direct reports are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations - you will help to solve their problems, remove obstacles, coach and develop them. You will lead business development for the Business Unit by being able to form close relationships at a senior level with our key customers and take a lead in any major Business Unit bids or tenders.

Working closely with the CFO and the finance team, you will have full control of all aspects of finance and be responsible for setting and delivering to an annual budget.

Financial reporting and forecasting is completed monthly and you will make regular presentations to the Board which also includes progress against strategic objectives.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience in a similar role or with the appropriate talents and drive who is ready for the next step in their career.
