Industrial Control Systems Engineer

We are looking for an outstanding Industrial Control Systems Engineer with extensive knowledge of Allen Bradley ControlLogix Rockwell / Wonderware SCADA software packages.

Additionally advanced knowledge of Siemens S5 and S7, Omron, Yokogowa and Mitsubishi PLC's an advantage, with programming knowledge in Ladder Logic, Function Blocks, etc. Experience with SCADA packages such as RS View, Intellution FIX or others is essential.

Ideally the proposed engineer will possess several years experience in a control system engineer role working within an extremely fast paced automated manufacturing environment. First-rate communication, interpersonal, team-working and organisational skills are fundamental along with control system technical expertise e.g. PLCs, HMI, Control software. Knowledge of Control development standards S88/S95 and IT development skills in SQL databases and MS Reporting Services would be advantageous.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Design and write PLC/SCADA control system software
Produce required documentation (e.g. functional design specifications, manuals)
Change Management
Carry out testing and acceptance
Commissioning of systems

All applicants must have completed either a recognized apprenticeship or Engineering degree and have their trade certificates and any other training certificates.
The rate of pay is excellent and full PPE is supplied.
