We can supply Operators, Pipe Fitters, Electricians, Control and Instrumentation Technicians and Systems Engineers from our core team to assist with maintenance and projects of any size. Our Technicians and Engineers are highly trained, qualified and have excellent experience within the industry. We can supply specialist labour to provide a solution to any short or long term situation.
Z-Tech understands the demands on the water utility sector to continuously operate to ensure customer satisfaction, meet environmental targets and ensure demands are met.
Where there is waste, there is a hazardous area. Whether it be a remote sewage pumping station or a large inner city sewage treatment works each and every inspection, remedial or installation, we carry out is completed to the highest of standards.
Some existing water treatment sites still use and store large quantities of chemicals for process purposes, as do COMAH sites. At Z-Tech, this is something we are more than capable to attend to, ensuring we have specialist gas monitors and equipment each and every time.
We work with our clients to ensure we can complete our inspections with the minimal of disruptions to the working environment and, should a shut-down be required, we assist and plan in advance to enable our client to reschedule or divert operations elsewhere.
In addition to inspections, we also carry out remedial works, whether on the spot repairs or replacements or as packages of works. We are happy to attend to remedials following other inspections companies. After each and every remedial or installation of equipment we complete a detailed initial inspection to certificate and verify our works. Find out more about ATEX.
